Rebar’s fleet comprises 280 heavy, medium and light machines and associated equipment. Haulage and loading equipment, crushing lines and specialist pavement machinery support different stages of mining and road construction.
Equipment is selected for the operation: excavators and loaders for loading, trucks for haulage, crushing equipment for mineral preparation, and specialist machinery for concrete pavement and stabilization.
01Crushing: 10 lines with a stated capacity of 400 tonnes/hour
02Haulage: 42 trucks with capacities from 10 to 65 tonnes
03Loading: 43 machines including Komatsu 200–800 excavators and Komatsu 470 loaders
04In-place cement stabilization: WR and WM equipment
05Concrete pavement: Wirtgen SP500 paver and TCM equipment
06Road construction support: bulldozers and heavy Hamm rollers
